It was Sunday, April 22^nd ’07. The first real warm day of spring. It was a perfect day for Amy Sabani’s Bridal Shower.

Her mom, Marie, her sister Sylvia, her brother in law, Dan plus “helpers” all arrived early at the Venetian, in Garfield, NJ. Marie was everywhere, making sure all was “perfect” and greeting over 150 guests with “Ciao” on this beautiful day. Anyone who knows the family expected unique and beautiful decorations including a bride dressing body on each table, wine bottles dressed as the bride and groom and a ‘four seasons of toys” table, and they were not let down.

Dan Varano, “the fiancé” stopped by early to help with the setup. I asked him how things are going and he replied….. “I can’t explain it. I’m a happy man. I’m really happy…”

Family and friends shared more than an hour of meeting, hugging, laughing at the pre- lunch cocktail hour prior to sitting down for lunch and the opening of presents. It was during this period that we were able to get all the group pictures of family and friends. This was a rare opportunity to pose groups using more creative lighting and poses than at a typical wedding day. They then shared a fabulous meal and the entertainment of Amy opening her beautiful and bountiful pile of gifts.
